This is a nice quaint place. Coming in from out of state was a nice surprise. The couple that runs the store are very nice and considerate of allergens. Their process is very thorough, and I have a deadly all-nut allergy. While they don't advertise 100% nut free environment, I would guarantee they hit the 99%. Eating sweets is hard for me because of my allergens, so this was a nice beacon of joy!!!

I really wanted to love The Chocolate Gallery and use them for our wedding. I’ve even been in person before, and they were very nice, which made this experience especially disappointing. When I submitted an inquiry through the website, I took time to fill out the form as thoroughly as possible and explain my vision. I noted that I had two inspiration photos and was looking for a middle ground between them, but the form only allowed me to upload one, so I did my best to describe it in writing. The response I received felt cold and dismissive, and it did not seem like my explanation was fully read or considered. The reply appeared to focus only on the single photo and budget, rather than the additional context I had provided. There was also no acknowledgment of our wedding or any sense of excitement, which made the interaction feel transactional rather than personal. I understand that businesses are busy, but I still made the effort to communicate clearly, and for something as meaningful as a wedding cake, I was hoping for a bit more care and attention in the response. Because of this, we decided to move forward with another bakery that felt like a better fit for us.

The owner was precious,the gelato,out of this world,please support this place it's absolutely a labor of love .The brownie was soooooooooooo good I made it last 4 days because I didn't want to not have some for the next day and the day after lol I really hope next time I am passing thru we get to come by and buy lots more goodies . Thank you for all the love you put into everything you create 💕

Ciana is the BEST !!!!!!! From the first call, to the tasting, to the design, to the delivery she is so amazing and kind and TALENTED!!!! We bought a rehearsal dinner cake from her I don’t have a picture of yet but we did a chocolate cake with coffee buttercream and it was heaven in a bite. We also did our wedding cake with her. Four tiers of white cake with strawberry filling and buttercream. LOOK AT THIS MASTERPIECE!!! Four tiers !! All are real !! I had my florist leave flowers and Ciana decorated it beautifully. The whole process was so nice, one of my favorite parts of the planning process. Her store is so cute too, I left with so many things. I will Be purchasing every cake from here going forward. I also did a champagne cake for valentines recently. She can literally do no wrong. I can’t recommend enough !! Everyone raved about how good the cake was

What a wonderful experience!! My children and I loved coming to the Chocolate Gallery in Downtown Bryan. The staff was warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home! My kids loved getting to sample the delicious gelato before deciding on a flavor. They also loved watching Chef Josh make the chocolates behind the glass. Chef Ciana took the time to explain to the kids what was happening and how the different items were made! We love the Chocolate Gallery not just for the delicious treats, but also for the wonderful staff who always make us feel welcome!!
